Handy Backup 6.1

Backup of Multiple Web Mail Accounts

Users of web mail tend to have several mail accounts which they all use for different purposes. For example, you may keep one mailbox for your job related mail, another one for your friends and relatives, and still another one for your friends abroad.

To check your mail from several mail accounts, you need to download a web page of each email service that you are using, thus you have to spend a lot of time online. Besides, it takes so much effort on your part to check each of your mail accounts separately.

For those users who have more than one web mail account and need to back up their mail messages regularly, we offer the email backup feature of Handy Backup.

With Handy Backup, you will always have your messages at hand no matter how many web mail accounts you are using at the same time.

Handy Backup allows you to download messages from all of your web mail accounts via POP3 and read them in the offline mode. Thus you don??t have to access each of the mail accounts separately via a web browser and read your mail online. Instead, you can set up several backup tasks (each task for each web mailbox) and back up your mail to your local PC or other storage medium. Then, you can read the messages with any email client of your choice.

With the email backup feature of Handy Backup, you will always have your messages secure and close at hand!
