Automatic backup
An automatic backup is possible when a backup software supports scheduling, like Handy Backup for instance. Then a backup runs automatically on a set schedule. The advantage of an automatic backup is that the user does not need to remember to backup or stop what they are currently doing to perform the backup, a scheduled backup.
