Backup utility
A backup utility is usually a utility, designed especially for backing up and recovering computer data. It can have various features, in order to make the backup process as simple as possible. Sometimes, software comes with built-in backup scheduling engine, which makes unattended backups possible.
"Backup utilities" usually have specific set of features, and are less complex than what is commonly called "backup programs".
