The DVD-R/RW option is grayed out in the Wizard.
The DVD-R/RW option can be grayed out for several reasons:
- The trial period for the DVD feature has expired.
- If Handy Backup has been purchased, please update your registration number to the DVD version and register Handy Backup.
- If Handy Backup has not been purchased, please purchase the Handy Backup DVD version and register Handy Backup.
- The DVD feature has been locked because the DVD device is not detected.
Make sure there is a DVD device on your system and it is properly connected.
If you are using an older version of Handy Backup, the DVD version may not be installed. Please install a current Handy Backup DVD version.
