Handy Backup Web Access

Have you ever dreamed of being able to back up your data while being thousands of miles away from your PC? Have you ever wanted to recover files on a remote computer without actually coming to it and restoring a backup? Would you like to have more control over your backups than ordinary schedulers give you? Then Handy Backup Web Access is right for you!

Handy Backup Web Access is an extension to Handy Backup and Handy Backup Server that allows controlling the programs' tasks via Web interface. It starts an HTTP server running on a specified port and lets you manage your backup, restore and synchronization tasks through any web browser.

Users of our remote backup service already know how convenient it is to track status of their backups via Internet. From any place in the world they can log into their accounts and see when their tasks were executed for the last time and how much disk space do the backups take. It's the simplest way of making sure that backups were made properly – however it only applies to data that was backed up to Novosoft Remote Backup Service.

Through the use of Handy Backup Web Access you can not only check current status of your tasks, but also execute and interrupt them – regardless of any scheduling options and without accessing the very computer. The only requirement is that your PC must be turned on and connected to the Internet (in order to access it remotely) and your firewall must be configured to allow Handy Backup Web Access receive incoming traffic.
