Server Edition
The Network Server edition lets you control backups of the entire network data from a single server, invisibly for users on remote workstations.
To start using Network Server, you need to define which network computer will act as a central server (will be used to create tasks), and which networked computers will act as client workstations (provide access to data that needs to be backed up).
In that way, architecture of a backup network is divided in two principal parts:
- Server (the central server with Network Server installed on it)
- Network Workstations (one or many remote computers with Network Workstation client software installed on them)
Once the network is established, you can back up data of networked workstations without specifically attending each machine to create a task.
