The special folders backup option allows you to backup your special folders (My Documents, Favorites, Desktop). When you install Handy Backup on your system use corresponding command in the New Task Wizard menu as screenshot below shows:
When you choose one of the folders, it will be added to the backup task and displayed in the upper window of the Wizard
