Speeding up Disk Image Plug-in

The renewed Disk Image tool in Handy Backup 7.9.8 has a speed from 30% to 50% faster than the previous version. As the hard disk image backup is one of the most time-consuming operations, speeding up this process is a good addition for overall convenience and usability.

Making Restore for Backups Manually Moved to a Different Place

This new option allows creating automatic restore tasks for data backups moved by a user to some place different from the original backup destination (e.g. to a new cloud, a new FTP configuration etc.). Using this new function, you can organize auto restoring, cloning or mirroring the backup content that was manually moved to a new storage.

For example, you can take a quick backup of your database on a USB 3.0 external hard drive, then move this backup manually to some FTP service and organize the automatic restoration for many database mirror servers by utilizing Handy Backup.
