I preferred this software as it allows me to back up and still see the files in there original format unlike other backup solutions, where you have to use there programs to restore. This makes it easier for the home market, as the skills to use are low. Other tools require you to have a better understanding of computers.

Handy Backup is an Excellent Application

I have been using Handy Backup at home for three years now. It's an excellent application - stable, easy to set up and use, intuitive menus and easy to upgrade on-line. It has saved me a number of times when my home PC has crashed or failed - it was very easy to restore all my data (files, Outlook, IE Favourites, personal finances data, etc) from the external USB hard drive I had backed up to, to my PC once it was restored. It was also very easy to migrate all my data to a new laptop when I bought one. I especially like that I can store to an external drive in the same folders and format as the original source - so I can work straight from the backup files without having to restore or decode them. A pretty reasonable price too.

A Backup Program to Replace an Enterprise Solution
