Multi-Drive Spanning

Novosoft is pleased to announce that a feature of Handy Backup is going to be available soon.

Spanning is a process of dividing a large volume of data across several storage media. Multi-drive span will be a supported function in Handy Backup, which allows turning to another storage device (e.g. CD, DVD or hard drive) by its own while backing up large amount of data.

Using more than one media in backing up large amounts of information allows you not to think of space for backup copy. The software itself will switch to another media when the current drive is full. You may specify both storage devices: two CD drives, CD and DVD or whatever devices included in your PC set.
