I received a message saying that my registration number is invalid.

If the server does not accept your registration number, please check, whether you have typed it in correctly upon registration.

If you have typed it correctly, then check if you are registering the same version as you have purchased (at this moment we support two different version of Handy Backup, 5.8 and 6.0). It is impossible to register version 6.0 with a serial number of Handy Backup 5.8. If you have purchased Handy Backup 6.0, we can switch your keys back to 5.8 if you decide to do so.

The new 6.0 version of Handy Backup has gained a number of new features and general changes:

1. Handy Backup has earned the "Works with Windows Vista^™" logo which means that Microsoft® has tested the application and proved that that the core functionality of Handy Backup would work with Windows Vista and deliver superior user experiences under any system configuration.
2. "Run as Windows service" feature is now included into Handy Backup 6.0 Standard package. It allows configuring Handy Backup to run as Windows service and perform all tasks even if the user is not logged on.
3. Enhanced Synchronization mode. Now you can choose specific files that you need to synchronize: e.g. Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
4. A new MS SQL backup plug-in, which allows backing up not only MSSQL tables, but also all views, indexes, constraints, and other database data.
