Back up LDAPA new feature called to power up Handy Backup’s functionality is now underway! The new feature will allow backing up data from LDAP servers. LDAP servers are used to store information about the network users and the hierarchy of server levels. LDAP service is widely supported by many clients and libraries, as well as many types of applications. LDAP server can be used for data storage, and/or connection to other servers such as SQL, although it is not its primary purpose. Organizations use LDAP servers to store information about their employees such as email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information. The LDAP backup feature will make it possible to back up all data from the LDAP server in almost no time. To back up LDAP server, you will only have to select it from the add-to-backup list, when you specify which data to back up.
