Remote Exchange Server is an Exchange Server located in the Web which provides common access to Microsoft Exchange data for a certain group of people. Remote Exchange Servers are commonly used in those organizations that have neither infrastructure nor capital to install and manage their own MS Exchange server. Sometimes there may be certain limitations concerned with different aspects of security and supportability of remote network connection; however, this depends on the type of the remote service.
Remote Exchange Server backup is a procedure of much importance. There are several reasons why you may want to do it. Firstly, it is a question of control over your data: if something happens to the remote server, you must be able to recover the data as soon as possible. And last but not least reason is that you may require a rollback if your current data gets deleted or corrupted.
