Mozilla Thunderbird Backup

Mozilla Thunderbird is a free, cross-platform e-mail client software developed by Mozilla Foundation. Thunderbird can be used not only as an e-mail client but also as an address book and news reader. Handy Backup allows you to back up Thunderbird e-mail messages, accounts, settings and address book. Thunderbird backup with Handy Backup literally takes just a couple of seconds.

To back up Thunderbird with Handy Backup, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you have downloaded and installed Thunderbird backup plug-in (for instructions, use the links at the bottom of the page).
2. In Handy Backup, launch the New Task Wizard.
3. Select Backup Task, and then click Next.
4. Click Add to open the shortcut menu. The list of available for backup items will appear.
5. Click Mozilla Thunderbird. All Thunderbird data will be automatically located and displayed in the tree form.
6. Expand the tree and check the boxes near Thunderbird components that you want to back up. To back up all data, check the root box.
7. When finished, click Next.
