Safe-mail.net Backup

One of the features of Handy Backup is its ability to back up e-mail from any POP3 server (which is virtually any web-based mail). With its help you can be sure that your correspondence will be safe and always accessible for you.

Handy Backup appears especially powerful if you use it to automate your email backup tasks by setting up a schedule. Regardless of the mail server you use, if it is accessible via POP3 you can leave backups to Handy Backup and it will do everything for you. For example, it can be used to back up Safe-mail messages.

Managing Email Backups

To back up emails, you need to select Email Messages during backup task creation. Enter your servers URL or IP address, the port and account information, use the Check Settings to test the connection and you're ready to go!

Handy Backup carries a number of powerful mail backup options:

• Backup with compression. The software features not only outstanding automatic backing up, but also employs compression while creating backups. Thus, it saves your valuable disk space for more backups.
• Backup to DVD. Handy Backup can record data backups to DVD discs without the necessity to use any third-party burning software.
• Exchange backup. Advanced users and IT professionals won't underestimate Handy Backup's capability to back up Microsoft Exchange Server stores. Note: this feature is not available in the Standard edition.
