If You Haven't Received Your Registration Key

Note: If you haven't received your registration key after payment, please check your spam folder. If the key still hasn't arrived, please inform us before requesting a refund - contact us via email at support@handybackup.net.

All transactions on handybackup.net are processed securely through Stripe.

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with Handy Backup. If the software does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refunds

Limitations

  • Stripe transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date cannot be honored.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if evidence shows misuse of the software or violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued promptly. The exact time for funds to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
