Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, a unique registration key is sent immediately and automatically to the email address provided during checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
If you purchase a Handy Backup license from partner websites or stores partnered with Novosoft Development LLC, delivery of the license key may take up to 2 business days, depending on the partner website’s level of automation.
Software Download
The Handy Backup installation package must be downloaded manually from our official website:

Users are responsible for downloading and installing the software on their own systems.
Licensing Terms
Handy Backup is distributed as a perpetual software license, meaning it grants the right to use the purchased version of Handy Backup indefinitely.
Software Updates
Free updates are provided within the same major version branch (e.g., all updates within version 8.x are free for customers with a valid 8.x license).
Upgrades to future major versions (e.g., 9.x) may require the purchase of an upgrade license.
Payment
All payments at handybackup.net are processed securely through stripe.com.
By completing a transaction, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Handy Backup reserves the right to cancel or deny an order at its sole discretion.
Refund Policy
A full refund may be requested within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@handybackup.net.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank. More about Refund policy.

All support is provided in English.
Limitation of Liability
Handy Backup is provided "as is".
A 30-day free trial version of Handy Backup is available for download and evaluation prior to purchase. This evaluation version includes all features of the purchased edition.
Data Usage
Novosoft Development LLC may store the following data: the email address provided at the time of purchase, as well as the customer’s name and address if they were provided.
The customer is informed that the personal data supplied will be included in a database owned by Novosoft Development LLC.
The customer’s contact details may be used on the basis of legitimate interest to send product and service offers related to Handy Backup by email.
