Dear friends! We are presenting a new version 7.7.8, containing renewed features for creating and restoring system images. Now the Disaster Recovery utility supports a VHD format and visualize the backup and restoration in progress. We improve the Disk Image and System Recovery features, too.

Improvements in a Handy Backup Disaster Recovery (HBDR) Utility

This update makes the Disaster Recovery utility faster and even more reliable than before, adding to the backup and restoration speed as well as to control functions due to visualization of the operations through a progress bar. Now it can write a VHD drive images on a bare metal, too.

To enhance the interaction between the System Recovery and Disk Image features of Handy Backup and the Disaster Recovery utility, we are implementing some new internal algorithms and functions in the 7.7.8 update, allowing even more quick and stable backing up your whole disk.
