Exporting the Outlook Address Book
You can easily export Outlook Address Book using its built-in Import and Export feature.
- In the File menu, select Import and Export, then choose Export to a File and click Next.
- From the list, select Personal Folder File (.pst) and click Next. In the folder list, choose Export Contacts.
- If you want to include subfolders, check the box for Include Subfolders, then click Next.
- Click Browse, select the location for the file (for example, D:/Backups), enter a name for the backup file (such as OutlookContactsBackup.pst), and click OK.
