Version 8.6.5: Improved stability of Email, OneDrive, and S3 plugins

Email plugin optimization

In Handy Backup 8.6.5, the Email backup plugin has become faster and more stable. Even with large amounts of mail, the process now runs smoothly without failures. The new version also improves connection recovery: if the mail server drops the connection, the plugin automatically reconnects and continues the task, ensuring reliable backups even under unstable server conditions.

Fixes in S3 and OneDrive plugins

We fixed an encoding issue in the S3 plugin logs — log entries are now displayed correctly in the program interface. We also resolved the 400 (Bad Request) error that some users experienced when working with the OneDrive Backup plugin. Now both connection and backup execution in the cloud work correctly.

Other improvements

Fixed an error in task re-runs where the program could display the log link from the previous execution. The system now always shows the correct log file for each operation.
