Dear customers! The new version of Handy Backup 8.4.4. is available for download. The new version adds support for the PostgreSQL 15 database. According to the developers, PostgreSQL 15 updates are based on improving performance and managing workloads, such as updating data sorting algorithms. Handy Backup 8.4.4. allows efficient and correct backup of the PostgreSQL database.

Additional error logging has been added to the centralized workstation installation system. The stability of Handy Backup is also ensured if it is impossible to write log files or settings.
When working on Windows 7 and earlier versions, e-mail notifications began to be sent correctly. Now users can configure remote receipt of alerts and reports on the backup, recovery and synchronization process, and, accordingly, learn about problems and troubleshoot problems in time. Note that the ability to use Unicode email addresses is disabled on these versions.
The function of displaying the completion time of backup tasks and scheduled tasks, after changing the system time, changing the time zone, and switching to winter or summer time has been adjusted.
