The automated Ipage backup is an additional commercial service, requiring the annual fee (currently of about $17.) Alternatively, users can back up Ipage manually. It can perform the website backup but not MySQL backup. This service is completely free.

Using the Native Manual Backup

To select the native backup option, log in to cPanel or to vDesk application, and use the "Backup and Restore" item on the control panel. The backup and restoration process cannot be automated or scheduled completely.
